High FHS Levels

Follicular stimulating hormone (FHS) is a vital hormone that's produced by the pituitary gland. It is important for determining the quality of an egg and ovarian reserve. When a dominant egg appears, FSH levels go down, which lowers the quantity of estrogen in the bloodstream. When FSH reaches a low enough level, the luteinizing hormone (LH) rises to initiate ovulation.

High FSH levels are known to indicate that the ovaries are not producing enough follicles. The brain sends signals to the ovaries to generate more follicles. However, the ovaries do not respond as they should and these follicles are not produced. Traditional Chinese Medicine can help regulate your hormones in order to lower your FHS levels.
